YOUR BIN IS DELIVERED
During the booking process our staff will advise the driver your proposed location for the bin at your home. Please note placement on the street may require a council permit and additional cost.
BOOK IN YOUR PICK UP
When you have filled your bin to “WATER LEVEL” its time for our driver to collect it. Where it will go to our families resource recovery recycling plant in Dandenong.

CORRECT FILLING OF OUR SKIPS – PLEASE DO NOT OVER FILL
CORRECT LOADING
The above line is the correct loading procedure, filling the bin only to “water level” so the driver can cover with a tarp and safely transport on the road.
INCORRECT LOADING
We cannot accept any waste above the water line or sticking out above the bin. This is unsafe for transport and could cause instability of our vehicle on the road or flying debris.
